1. Acceptance of Terms These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Lyfe Dsign Coaching website (lyfedsign.com) and our programs, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility & Conduct • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. • You agree not to misuse the Site or Services (no unlawful, infringing, or harmful activity; no attempts to disrupt security or integrity). 3. Coaching & Health Disclaimer We provide faith-led coaching, personal development programming, and related materials. We are not therapists, counselors, or medical, legal, or financial professionals. Coaching and content are for personal and spiritual development and are not medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice. Our Services are not a substitute for professional care. If you’re in crisis or an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.
4. Programs & Services • 1:1 Coaching: scheduled sessions; you agree to attend prepared and on time. • Group Programs/Workshops/Events: group learning and community interaction; be respectful, maintain confidentiality, and follow community guidelines. • Digital Products: delivered electronically; access is for your personal use only unless otherwise stated.
5. Booking, Rescheduling & Cancellations • Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice via your booking link or email. • Late Cancellations/No-Shows: sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice may be forfeited or incur a fee of up to 100% of the session price. • Our Cancellations: If we must cancel or reschedule, we will notify you promptly and offer a suitable alternative.
6. Pricing, Payments & Refunds • Payments: Processed by QuickBooks or Stripe. You authorize us (and QuickBooks or Stripe) to charge your selected payment method for amounts due, plus applicable taxes. • Payment Plans: If offered, you agree to complete all installment payments on time. Failed payments may suspend access until resolved. • Refunds: o Digital products: non-refundable once delivered. o Coaching packages: unused sessions are not refundable. However, we may, at our discretion, hold the sessions for use at a future time (within 90 days) due to extenuating circumstances beyond the client’s control, subject to our being notified before the commencement of the scheduled coaching session. o Events/workshops: tickets are not refundable unless we cancel the event. o Chargebacks: contact us at info@lyfedsign.com to resolve billing issues before initiating a chargeback.
7. Intellectual Property All content on the Site/Services (text, graphics, videos, PDFs, workbooks, trainings) is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, distribute, adapt, or create derivative works without our written permission.
8. Confidentiality & Community Guidelines • We respect the privacy of coaching conversations. We will not disclose your confidential information except with your consent or as required by law/safety concerns. • In group settings, you agree to keep others’ information confidential and to engage respectfully.
9. Testimonials, Recordings & Media • We may request permission to use your testimonials, statements, or media for marketing. We will only do so with your consent. • We may record certain group sessions for participants’ access or quality assurance; we’ll disclose recording in advance and provide opt-out options when feasible.
10. Third-Party Links & Tools We may link to or integrate third-party tools (e.g., Calendly, QuickBooks, Stripe, or Shine 360). We are not responsible for third party content or practices.
11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES (EXPRESS OR IMPLIED). TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE 6 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT FIRST GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.
12. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. • Venue for any dispute shall be in state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona. You consent to personal jurisdiction there. Optional: Before filing any claim, both parties agree to attempt good-faith informal resolution for 30 days.
14. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
